Skillwarriorz Media provides personal branding, content strategy, and growth system services. The specific deliverables for each client are defined in their individual service agreements or proposals.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While we use proven strategies and systems to aid your growth, we cannot guarantee specific metrics (e.g., exact follower counts or revenue numbers) as platform algorithms and audience behaviors are outside our control.
3. Limitation of Liability
Skillwarriorz Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
4. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and assets you provide to us. You must ensure you have the rights to use any images, logos, or content you submit for our use.
5. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if a client engages in abusive behavior, provides false information, or requests services that violate platform policies or ethical standards.
